Their response was 'we always open at 8:30.' Well, obviously NOT. Another reviewer said, definitively that it never opened by 8:40 when he'd leave. They never sent IT, they never sent anyone. Their response? 'Wi-FI does work well at the hotel, our IT department can assist with most issues.' Did they just say this because it sounded good? I tried all the devices at another hotel and at Starbucks and they started right up. I brought this to the front office attention MULTIPLE times but they had no idea what they were doing. Neither laptop, phone, nor any other device would connect. The Internet didn't work the whole time I was there. But I travel for business and, while I've spent a lot of money here for the past 10 years, never again. Up until even a few years ago, this place was a jewel.
